HANDICAP INDEX LEVEL: BOYS: max 21.4 = white course handicap 26
GIRLS: max 28.8 = red course handicap 35

PLAYING HANDICAPS: BOYS: 95% of white course handicaps
GIRLS: 95% of red course handicaps, plus 1.9 equalising
strokes added to playing handicap and rounded as
necessary

PRIZES: Hewson Trophy for best gross score
